After over 20 years of experience Fred La Due, Sr. founded the firm of Fred B. La Due & Associates, Inc., in 1981. In 1985 Fred La Due, II joined the firm as a full time Associate Appraiser. In the early 90’s, and after achieving his Accredited Senior Appraiser designation with the American Society of Appraisers, Fred La Due, II began to assume full responsibility of all aspects of the appraisal production as well as the day-to-day operations of the firm. In 1997 Fred LaDue, II, formally acquired the firm through a mutually acceptable binding contract. Today, Fred La Due, II continues to operate the company with over 36 years of experience in providing technical appraisals throughout the country and state of Florida. His staff now includes Brian Kollar as a full time Sr. Associate Appraiser, Lisa La Due as data management supervisor and Vice President and Keenan LaDue as trainee and Secretary. Other support personnel include Rick Silvers, former owner of Adtech Electric Advertising, Inc. to assist in sign valuation costs.
The company’s primary focus is the appraisal of machinery, equipment, commercial personal properties, trade fixtures and process systems. Services are directed in the areas of Eminent Domain, Asset Based lending institutions and Litigation Support.
